Hemlock Decks & Porches started the way the best contracting companies do: with hands-on experience and a family commitment to doing the work right. Owner Teddy Labonte grew up in the trade, working as a carpenter under another contractor through his late teens and early twenties before launching Hemlock Decks & Porches with his father in November 2012. What began as a general contracting operation evolved over time, narrowing its focus to exterior remodeling before settling into the work we do best today: decks, porches, and outdoor living construction.
That journey taught us what matters most. Not just building structures, but building trust with homeowners and businesses who depend on us to get the details right.

When questions come up during construction, our engineer is already familiar with the project and can resolve them on the spot.
